This document contains the terms and conditions for using the website https://www.scaleupmarketing.ro/ (hereinafter referred to as "Terms & Conditions" or "the Agreement"), establishing the conditions under which any person may visit, access or use the services offered through this website (the "User").

Use of this website and the services contained within it is free of charge, subject to the User's compliance with these Terms & Conditions. By using the website, the User implicitly agrees to comply with the Terms & Conditions.

Non-acceptance of these Terms & Conditions obliges the User to immediately cease accessing the website. Continued access to or use of the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

2. Modification of Terms & Conditions
