ScaleUp Marketing was not born as an agency. There was no plan to "open an agency" and no image strategy at the beginning. There was one person, a lot of work, and a need to understand what truly works in marketing and why.

At first, everything was done by one person. Strategy, ads, messaging, analysis, reports. Not out of a desire for control, but out of a need to see the entire mechanism — with the goal of eliminating assumptions and keeping only what could be measured.

Every result achieved laid a brick in the foundation of a system. Every obstacle overcome became a process. That's how, step by step, we went from an individual effort to a specialized in-house team that today operates as a complete scaling mechanism.

1. What makes you different from other marketing agencies?

Most agencies receive a brief, execute the tasks and send the monthly report. We don't work that way. Before we do anything, we run a business audit to understand where you are and what your goals are. Then we continue with market research and analyze everything: from the offer, to differentiators, to how your audience thinks, what convinces them and why they buy — or why they don't — and how you build audience trust at every touchpoint. Everything we do connects together, from positioning to ads, and it all happens in-house with specialists focused on one thing each, not generalists doing a little of everything. The difference shows in the coherence of the system and in results, not in promises.

2. How do we start working together?

Always through a free strategic analysis, not a sales call. We assess the current state of your business, the monetization model and available resources. If there's a match on objectives and working style, we come back with a concrete action plan and a formal partnership proposal. If there isn't a match, we tell you directly.

3. How do you know when you need restructuring and not scaling?

When your positioning is unclear and the market doesn't recognize you as the first option. When the offer isn't competitive enough or the funnel has obvious weaknesses. When you don't have an internal team that can support a higher volume. In all these situations, scaling doesn't fix anything — it amplifies the problems. Before ads, the foundation must be fixed.

4. Do I need an internal team or do you handle everything?

It depends on your situation. If you don't have a team, we deliver strategy and execution end-to-end. If you already have in-house people, we sync with them without doubling tasks and without operational friction. The part that always stays yours: conversations with your clients and sales.

5. How long until results appear?

In the first week we make sure we understand your business very well: objectives, avatar, offer, differentiators and positioning. After that we continue with creating deliverables and applying the scaling system. The first clear signals appear on average at 30-60 days, depending heavily on your internal capacity and resources. We don't force momentary trends and we don't promise overnight results. The goal is a predictable structure that generates ROI long-term and that you can sustain alongside your team members.

6. What budget do I need to work with you?

We work with businesses that treat marketing as a strategic investment, not a cost that gets cut first when things get tough. To run the entire mechanism correctly — research and market analysis, media buying, funnel, copy — you need a minimum of €1,500-2,000/month combined budget. The goal from month one is to surpass the positive ROI threshold as quickly as possible.

7. What happens if I'm not satisfied?

We establish from month 0 what success means for you and how we measure it concretely. Our experience from 600+ projects has shown that results appear when the system is built correctly and when the collaboration works in both directions. That's why we align expectations from the start so we don't end up in unpleasant situations later. If something isn't working along the way, we don't leave things as they are.
