The largest business course launch in Romania: €1.5 million in 60 days
Context
In 2024 I served as Marketing Director for the Bizz Accelerator program, launched by Ștefan Mandachi together with Iancu Guda. The objective was to create and launch a premium business program, positioned at €5,000.
The total project period spanned 3 months of preparation (February–April) and 2 months of intensive launch and sales (May–June).
1. Construction Phase – 3 months of strategic architecture
Before any selling, we built the foundation necessary for a launch of this magnitude:
- Complete positioning strategy
- Offer structure
- Funnel structure
- Partnership plan
- Content calendar
- Ads architecture
- Email systems
- Sales scripts
- Team coordination
We coordinated a department of over 15 people, constantly collaborating with the operations department, sales team, production team and creative team. Everything was integrated into a single strategic direction.
2. Execution Phase – Full stack marketing
We activated all relevant channels to create a complete launch ecosystem:
- Facebook & Instagram ads
- Google Search & Display
- TikTok & YouTube content/ads
- Automated email marketing
- Strategic partnerships
- PR & Premium copywriting
- Multi-step campaigns with advanced retargeting
This wasn't just a campaign, but a complex launch ecosystem adapted to the psychology of the premium customer.
3. The Result
In just 60 days, we hit record numbers for the Romanian market:
- €1.5 million in revenue
- Program sold at €5,000 (High-Ticket)
- Over 300 Romanian entrepreneurs enrolled
We demonstrated not only a massive volume of sales, but also the ability to attract a premium audience segment in a short timeframe.
4. The Decisive Factor
Strategy, structure and channels mattered enormously, but the decisive factor was total commitment. For 5 months, coordination was daily, often involving 16-hour days of monitoring and real-time adjustments.
This work was amplified by the brand strength Ștefan Mandachi had built over 15 years — a brand that provided credibility and traction. I orchestrated the system, the brand provided the amplification, and the execution delivered the result.
