1. Starting Point – September 2024

When we began working with DentEquip, the business had great potential but suffered from a chronic lack of systems. Ads were running without a clear structure, tracking was broken, and the website had numerous technical errors.

The entrepreneur was stuck between operations and marketing, wanting to scale but lacking the clarity needed to do so. Previous agencies had focused on "vanity metrics" (likes and views) instead of real conversions.

We moved from "running ads" to "building scaling infrastructure". Growing sales also allowed scaling the product portfolio — from under 30 products in 2024 to approximately 200 products today. The growth wasn't just in revenue. It was in structure, offering and operational capacity.

But the real wow moment was Black Friday 2025. The strategy didn't start in November. It started 3 months earlier. We worked on:

By 2027: Target – €10,000,000 in sales.

This is not an aspirational projection. It is a logical continuation of the infrastructure already built. The 2025 growth validated the system. 2026–2027 is about strategic acceleration and capitalization.
